A garage floor
you can mop
Bare concrete stains, dusts, and soaks up every oil drip. A flake epoxy floor seals it, stands up to spills, and cleans up with a mop. It’s its own service. You don’t need a paint job to book it.

It’s all in the prep
Epoxy floors fail when they’re rolled over dirty, sealed, or damp concrete. It looks great for a few months, then it lifts at the tire marks.
The floor has to be prepped so the coating bonds to the concrete, not sits on top of it. That’s the part we don’t rush.
What you get
Flake finish
Color flakes broadcast into the coating. It hides dust and small imperfections and gives some grip underfoot.
Cracks and pits
We prep the floor and lay the epoxy. If you want cracks or pits filled first, we can do that, quoted separately.
Any size garage
One-car, two-car, or bigger.

Straight answers
Do I need to book painting to get an epoxy floor?
No. It’s its own service. Book it by itself.
How long before I can park on it?
It needs time to cure before it takes car weight. I’ll give you the exact timing for your floor when I quote it.
Will it peel?
Not if the prep is right. That’s where cheap epoxy jobs cut corners, and it’s where we spend the time.
Do you fill cracks first?
We can, quoted separately. The standard job is prepping the floor and laying the epoxy.
What colors can I get?
Tell me what you’re thinking, and we’ll talk it through at the estimate.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Once the measurements are confirmed, the price I quote is the price you pay.
Where do you work?
I work out of Mesquite and cover all of Dallas County. Past the county line, I’m in Richardson, Plano, Murphy, Sachse, Wylie, Rowlett, Fate, Heath, Forney, and Arlington. Don’t see your town? Call me anyway. I’ll tell you straight if I can get there.
