You don’t have to move out, and you don’t have to clear the house. We cover the big furniture, move the small stuff, and paint by brush and roller, so nothing drifts onto your floors. I’m there every day, and if a color looks different on the wall than it did on the chip, you’ll hear it from me right then.
What’s included
Pick what you need. The estimate covers that and nothing else.
Walls
One room or the whole house, same color or new. Going from dark to light takes an extra coat. I’ll tell you up front, and it’s already in the estimate.
Ceilings
If yours have gone yellow or stained, fresh walls under an old ceiling look unfinished. It’s worth doing both.
Doors & trim
Baseboards, door frames, and doors take the most beating in a house. They’re also what people notice.
Drywall repair
Holes and damage patched and sanded smooth before we paint. I don’t paint over problems.
Kitchen cabinets
Refinishing costs a fraction of new cabinets. Done right, it holds up.
Wallpaper & texture removal
Old paper and heavy texture come off, so you’re painting a smooth wall.

What will it cost?
It depends on how much you’re painting and what shape the walls are in. I’ll look at it and give you a number. Once the measurements are confirmed, that’s the price.
Do I have to move my furniture out?
No. We cover the big pieces and move the small ones. We clean up every day and do a full cleanup at the end.
Do you spray?
No. Brush and roller only. It takes longer, it lasts longer, and nothing ends up on your floors or furniture.
Will you fix the walls first?
Yes. Holes and cracks get patched and sanded smooth before any paint goes on. More on repairs.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. I come out, look at the job, and check any measurements you sent.
